The Arisaka Defense 600 Series Light Body is a precision-engineered replacement housing designed specifically for SureFire Scout Light M600 weapon lights. Crafted to enhance compatibility, this light body omits the standard Picatinny clamp interface, allowing for increased clearance around front sights when used with the Arisaka Inline Scout Mount on handguards featuring 45-degree mounting surfaces adjacent to the top Picatinny rail.

Constructed with a durable anodized finish, the 600 Series Light Body supports various SureFire M600 series tailcaps and heads, including models KM2C, KE2A, and KX2C, with full IR head compatibility. It retains the standard mounting holes and square lug interface, ensuring seamless integration with aftermarket Scout mounts. Additionally, users can customize their light assemblies by sourcing compatible components, such as preferred light heads from manufacturers like Malkoff, known for superior beam profiles and candela output.

Note that the Arisaka 600 Series Light Body is incompatible with the SureFire M600DF head and 18650 batteries, but it supports 16650 cells, making it a versatile option for tailored lighting setups.
