FAXON ARAK-21 7.62X39 12.5 UPPER

The Faxon Firearms ARAK-21 7.62x39 12.5" Upper is a complete upper receiver assembly engineered to fit seamlessly with the AR-15 platform. Featuring a gas piston-operated system, this upper is designed for quick installation, requiring no tools and interfacing with the lower receiver through the standard takedown and pivot pins.

This upper includes a 12.5-inch barrel integrated with a gas block, adjustable gas piston system, and muzzle brake. The gas adjuster knob offers four settings, allowing for precise control of gas flow, including a single-shot operation mode. The assembly also incorporates three full-length aluminum Picatinny rails for versatile accessory mounting options.

Additional components include a bolt carrier assembly, charging handle, lower forearm with mounting hardware, dual recoil spring system, and insulating shims. While many parts are unique to the ARAK-21, standard AR-15 components such as the firing pin, extractor spring, and ejector spring remain compatible. This upper provides a robust and versatile upgrade for AR-15 platforms chambered in 7.62x39.
