The Alpha series dust cover for the AK Alpha series M-LOK handguards offer extremely rigid lockup ensuring dust and dirt does not enter firearm and utilizes two aluminum and two steel stability struts for a solid lock up. Their dust covers require no permanent modifications needed for installation on the MI AK Alpha Series handguard or firearm allowing the user to put the firearm back to stock form if desired. Midwest Industries states that the recoil spring button is designed for most AKM's with rear trunnion width up to .440".
