The Ruger MAX-9 Optic Ready 9mm is a compact and lightweight pistol designed for reliability and ease of use. Featuring a striker-fired action, it offers a short, smooth trigger pull with a clean break and positive reset. The slide is optic ready, allowing for direct mounting of micro red dot sights compatible with J-Point and Shield patterns, enhancing sighting options.

Constructed with a through-hardened alloy steel slide and a precision-machined fire control chassis, the MAX-9 ensures durability and consistent performance. The high-performance glass-filled nylon grip frame provides a secure hold, complemented by black Hogue HandALL rubber grips for added comfort. Its cold hammer-forged barrel delivers precise rifling for accuracy and extended barrel life.

Equipped with a tritium fiber optic front sight and a drift-adjustable rear sight, the MAX-9 supports visibility in various lighting conditions. Safety features include an integrated trigger safety, manual safety lever, internal striker blocker, and an inspection port for chamber status. The pistol comes with two nickel Teflon-coated magazines featuring finger grip extension floorplates for improved handling.
